Yeah you are right - unless NG+ is a completely new story.. Although, I wouldn't know how much could change aside from the FBC trying to contain Wake/Scratch earlier and understanding the "Cult" are allies and the murder victims are Taken.The other events still need to happen, otherwise, you start running into time travel paradox territory!
