And yes, its it does meet the minimum requirements. Time ago, (before I took a break) FH4 used to run smoothly, but locked at 30fps. Everything is on low and 720p, although I have a 1080p monitor. Now I get fps drops everytime I get over 30km/h. And sometimes it just freezes for a sec or two.
I have the same specs exactly. Lenovo Legion 5 with the 17" 144hz screen. I run it at 1080p (monitor native resolution) with everything maxed out manually not just the Ultra preset. I get 92-110 fps all the time. In cases like this just leave any game at 1080p and only adjust the quality settings until you hit the fps that you want. ketflip
